align. probiotic supplement review

For the past couple weeks I’ve been taking a supplement called Align Digestive Care Probiotic Supplement after I favorable recommendation from someone I know that usually know’s what they are talking about.
So after my own experimentation with putting tiny little organisms into my body every day for a couple weeks…
[digression] That’s what it is, you know?! You are putting organisms inside of you. Good organisms though. The ones that help you out with your survival. That is pretty nuts when you stop to think about it.
We function better, as a host to parasitic organisms.
Anyway. With that creepy forethought in mind – let me just tell you this
– these supplements really are fan. fucking. awesome.
I can actually feel the difference after a few weeks.
Although, I am also eating lots of organic fruits and vegetables. Since these supplements are meant to build and maintain a healthy balanced digestive system, you best give yo body some nutritients so you can get the most out of it.
Let the little critters help your body absorb your nutrients.
Whatever is going on inside of me, I feel a lot better. Simple logic folks. Give your body what it needs- lots of fruits and vegetables with nutrients and minerals and all that good stuff, and you work better & feel better.
And if you want, you can boost your absorption and efficiency of what you eat with little parasitic critters!!

Tip for those that don’t like eating there vegetables n stuff
Let the replenishment your body be quick and easy – get it done first in the morning before your day.
Blend it up in some spankin pretty blender like this one and blend yourself one glass of a (not bad at all tasting if you ask me) greenish shake of nutrient goodness.
6 pieces of Celery
a FULL Cucumber
a shit load of Kale
Same Cayenne red pepper (for blood circulation) and Ginger (to further enhance your digestive system)
as well as your fruits; I just put in an apple and eat some bananas later ((cause I actually dig me some bananas)), but thats up to you.
Drink that shit every morning and lets see the likelihood of you not coming back here to thank your lucky stars how great your shit is going. I’m thinking prrty unlikely. ((I mean that literally btw. Emptying your bowels is a breeze after taking align and morning-green-shakes for awhile — it just slides on out there for ya’)) That would be the fiber working for ya there, which is why a blender is always superior to a juicer when we are talking about fruit and veggie shakes folks.
